After you click "Submit RGA Form" below an RGA# will be emailed to you within 1-2 business days.

  1. Please be sure the returned items are in "factory fresh" condition in their original packaging.
  2. Please make sure to request an RGA# as soon as possible. All returned products must be shipped back to Pegasus Lighting on or before the 45th day from the date of the original delivery.
  3. Print out a copy of your RGA Email and place that email inside the box(es) with your returned item(s).
  4. Please return the merchandise to the address below:

Pegasus Lighting strongly recommends that you return the merchandise using either UPS or FedEx. In addition, we suggest that you keep the tracking number provided to you until you have confirmation that the merchandise has been received. This will help you to locate the merchandise with your shipper of choice if it is not delivered to Pegasus Lighting. If you do use the US Postal Service to return your merchandise we strongly recommend that you add either a Return Receipt or Signature Confirmation service to your package(s). Pegasus Lighting is not responsible for merchandise that is not received by one of our representatives.
